14.Settle of Disputes

• Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (the Vienna Convention) shall not apply to the transactions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions.
• The prevailing party in any proceedings brought to enforce these Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to recover its reasonable fees and expenses incurred, including legal fees and expenses.
